As Poock explains, by not maintaining a post-2020 Digital Marketing strategy, the Client List and Referral Source List components of a law firm’s 5 Components of Value will become less valuable because today’s and tomorrow’s clients search for their lawyers digitally, namely via Google, or as Poock often says, via “Uncle Google.”
