Internal Successors do not want to purchase a Senior Attorney’s practice because, as key employees, Internal Successors often lack:

1. The capital to purchase a law firm; and

2. The risk tolerance to purchase a business, as compared to depending upon a paycheck to pay for their mortgages, car loans/leases, college tuition for children, and more.
